DHL Express for international orders and Servientrega for national orders.
When will you ship my package?
Items in stock will ship within 2 business days from purchase, otherwise they will be made specially for you and will require 7 to 10 days to make.
Do I have to pay duties or taxes?
FÁBREGA JEWELRY is not responsible for any actions, taxes and / or delays due to customs of any country. Please contact your local customs to get an estimated cost before placing an order.
Would I be able to track my order?
Once the order has been placed, you will receive an email with the information for your order, including the tracking number. Orders can be tracked through the DHL / Servientrega website where it will be indicated at all times where the merchandise is until its definitive delivery.

Can I return or exchange my product?
Exchanges and credits are accepted until 7 days after the item is received. Items must be in brand new condition, showing no signs of having been worn or used. These items must be returned within the 7 days and MUST include its original packaging, receipt of purchase and a return form issued by our studio. Please contact hello@fabregajewelry.com immediately to address your request and include a reason for return. We will then issue a Return Form and shipping details for the return.

The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. You can ship with the carrier of your choice.
How will i receive my credit?
You will received a Gift card with your credit amount which can be used in any further purchase.
How pre-orders work ?
Our products are handcrafted in small series to guarantee the best quality. To be sure to acquire your favorite jewelry , we offer you the possibility to buy it before it comes back in stock.
Once you have placed your order for a PRE ORDER item, it will take from 7-10 days to make the piece of your selection.
When will you ship my pre-order package?
From 7 to 10 days. As soon as it is ready you will receive a notification and will immediately be shipped.
What material do you use?
In order to guarantee the best quality we use only noble metals: copper, silver and gold. Gold plated pieces are plated with 24k gold.
All gemstones used are mineral or stated otherwise.
How should I take care of my pieces?
Be careful not to expose your jewellery to water or any chemicals such as household cleaners, perfumes or alcohol. As these could cause damage and discoloration to the surface of your jewellery. Cleaning is best done with a non-abrasive polishing cloth. When traveling be sure to place it inside a pouch or box.
Where is my Fábrega jewelry made?
Our creations are handmade in our Quito, Ecuador workshop.

All of our jewelry is handmade and produce in small batches, creating minimal impact on the environment and the people involved with making it in every step. We believe in making jewelry that is made to last and encourage quality over quantity of consumption.
